Walid Bahri
Co-Founder & CEO
A seasoned leader with nearly two decades in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors in the GCC region and beyond, Walid Bahri’s experience includes key roles at Novartis and L’Oréal, focusing on business growth and strategic medical approaches.
His vision for RxNow Pharmacy is to revolutionize the patient-pharmacy experience in the United Arab Emirates and wider GCC through convenient and efficient technology-driven solutions.
Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi
Co-Founder
As the Senior Vice President of Dubai Science Park and a key figure in regional science and innovation, Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi brings significant leadership and strategic insight to RxNow Pharmacy. He also serves as a Board Member at Aster GCC Holdings, representing the Emirates Investment Authority.
An INSEAD and University of Texas Arlington alum, Marwan is a valuable asset in establishing RxNow Pharmacy’s presence across the United
Arab Emirates.
Suyash Jain
Chief Financial Officer
With over 15 years of diverse experience spanning private wealth advisory, business development, investment banking, and consulting across international environments, Suyash Jain brings strong financial and strategic acumen to RxNow Pharmacy.
A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, his background includes roles at Deutsche Bank, Reliance Brands Ltd., and Sahara Global Mastercraft Ltd., where he demonstrated expertise in financial planning, business growth, and investment strategies.
Gabriella Brumfield
Head of Operations
An experienced customer service and sales specialist within the healthcare industry in the United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom, Gabriella Brumfield leads operations at RxNow Pharmacy’s fulfillment center. She is responsible for optimizing workflows and ensuring exceptional service for a seamless patient journey.
Her background includes serving as a product specialist at Coloplast, where she focused on customer engagement and achieving sales targets.
Elina Avasaf
Company Culture Officer
With a background in sales management and a proven track record of establishing strong client relationships and in-house teams, Elina Avasaf leads company culture (human resources) at RxNow Pharmacy.
Previous roles include positions at Sobha Group and Oriental Pearls Developer, demonstrating expertise in team leadership, strategic development, and building strong partnerships. Elina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Strathclyde.
