Can controlled medicines be delivered?
No. Controlled medicines go through NCM and are never delivered. Patients collect them in person with an Emirates ID, or a passport for visitors.

Your doctor sends your prescription directly to us, and we deliver the medicine to your door in under two hours. You don't need to visit a pharmacy or wait in a queue.
What happens after my doctor sends the prescription to RxNow Pharmacy?
We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. You'll get notifications on your order status and estimated delivery time at each step.
How long does delivery take?
Under two hours from the moment we receive your doctor's e-prescription, seven days a week. We deliver to your residence in the UAE.
Do I need to handle the health insurance approval process?
No. We handle insurance approval directly with your insurer, so there's nothing for you to do.
Are prices the same as at a standard pharmacy?
Yes. Our products cost the same as at any standard pharmacy in the UAE.
Can I get information about my treatment, such as dosage and side effects?
Yes. Our qualified pharmacists give dosage guidance and side-effect advice, and can answer your questions through live chat or our other contact channels.
What if I need a repeat prescription?
We tell your doctor ahead of time when your prescription is nearing completion, so a repeat can be sent before you run out.
Is my personal and medical information kept private and secure?
Yes. We protect your personal and medical information with security measures. Our riders can't see your condition, because the delivery record doesn't contain it, and nothing on the packaging discloses what's inside.

How do I start using RxNow Pharmacy?

Do you deliver controlled medicines?
No. Controlled medicines are never delivered. You collect them in person with your Emirates ID, or your passport if you're visiting.
